FINAL FOUR ON THE LINE! SK Bosnia Enter Decisive FBSL Saturday as Beganović Declares: “Nothing but Qualification Will Do”

News

The defending Czech champions, SK Bosnia Online EU Teplice, are heading into the decisive stage of the 2026 FORTUNA Beach Soccer League FAČR season. Two matches in Prague will determine whether Adnan Beganović’s side secure their place among the country’s top four and remain in contention to defend their national title.

The margin for error has disappeared.

On Saturday, 18 July, SK Bosnia Online EU Teplice will complete the regular season with two crucial fixtures at Beach-arena.cz in Prague. First comes a direct confrontation with BS Villagers Uherské Hradiště, followed by an afternoon meeting with BS Dukla Praha.

For the reigning Czech champions, the objective could not be clearer: qualify for the Final Four and earn the opportunity to fight for another national crown.

Two Matches, One Target

SK Bosnia begin their decisive day at 10:15 against BS Villagers Uherské Hradiště.

The opening match could prove vital in the qualification race, with Villagers also targeting a place in the Final Four. The direct clash therefore carries the pressure and intensity normally associated with the knockout stages.

Only a few hours later, at 14:00, SK Bosnia return to the sand to face BS Dukla Praha in their final regular-season fixture.

Across those two matches, the defending champions must show the concentration, discipline and winning mentality required to remain in control of their own destiny.

Beganović: “Nothing but Qualification Will Do”

SK Bosnia club boss and head coach Adnan Beganović has made no attempt to hide the expectations surrounding his team.

“Nothing but qualification will do. We have two matches ahead of us and we must perform like the defending champions of Czech beach soccer. We respect every opponent, but we know who we are, what this club represents and what our objective is. We want the Final Four and the chance to continue fighting for the title.”

The message reflects the standards that have been established inside the Teplice-based project.

SK Bosnia are not entering the closing stage merely hoping to survive the qualification race. The club expects to take responsibility, deliver under pressure and secure its place in the season’s decisive tournament.

A Demanding Season After Another European Campaign

The 2026 campaign has already been a demanding one for SK Bosnia.

Before the domestic championship began, the club represented Czech beach soccer at the Euro Winners Cup in Nazaré, Portugal. It was SK Bosnia’s fourth appearance on the European stage and another major chapter in the international development of the project.

The Czech champions recorded two victories from four matches while competing against strong European opposition, including the eventual tournament winners BSC 54.

There was little time to recover after returning from Portugal. Attention immediately shifted towards the domestic league, where SK Bosnia entered the season carrying the pressure that comes with defending a national title.

The team has had to manage a demanding schedule, squad changes and injuries, but remains firmly in the race for a place among the final four.

Everything now comes down to the final 72 minutes of the regular season.

Villagers Provide the First Major Test

The morning match against BS Villagers Uherské Hradiště will be one of the most important fixtures of the entire regular season.

Villagers are an experienced, physically strong side with ambitions of their own. They will arrive in Prague knowing that a positive result against the defending champions could significantly strengthen their position in the qualification race.

The fixture also carries recent history.

SK Bosnia and Villagers met in the 2025 FBSL semi-final, when the Teplice side claimed a dramatic 5–4 victory before going on to defeat Slavia Prague in the final and secure the second Czech championship title in the club’s history.

This time, the two teams meet before the Final Four, but the stakes and intensity could be almost identical to a knockout match.

SK Bosnia will need to match Villagers physically while maintaining control, composure and tactical discipline throughout all three periods.

No Room for Relaxation Against Dukla

Regardless of the result in the opening match, SK Bosnia will have no opportunity to relax before facing BS Dukla Praha at 14:00.

Beach soccer is capable of changing in a matter of seconds. A single mistake, individual action or set piece can completely alter the direction of a match.

That makes consistency across both fixtures essential.

The coaching staff will expect the team to maintain its energy and focus throughout the entire day. The players must approach the second game with the same intensity as the first, even after the physical and emotional demands of the morning contest.

For a side defending the national title, completing the regular season professionally is not simply an expectation. It is a requirement.

The Final Four Remains the Gateway to the Title

The FORTUNA Beach Soccer League FAČR 2026 Final Four is scheduled for 1 August.

The four highest-ranked teams from the regular season will progress to the knockout tournament, where the new Czech champion will be decided.

SK Bosnia want to be there.

The club lifted the national trophy in 2017 before returning to the top of Czech beach soccer in 2025. Qualifying for the 2026 Final Four would keep alive the opportunity to defend that crown and add another major achievement to the project’s growing history.

The season has already included European competition, major challenges and difficult moments. Saturday now represents the next defining test.

Two matches.

One team.

One objective.

FINAL FOUR. NOTHING LESS.

ONE TEAM. ONE GOAL. FUEGO! 🔥
